Is there a blueprint to give yourself an upper-hand over others that aren’t informed?
Depending on what market segment you are enter, the solution to that question isn’t simply cut and dry. The solution to this million dollar question really relies on which niche you are trying to get into. Absolutely. Is this a common practice amongst webmasters? Absolutely!
Google, however, is really clamping down on some of these “old school” methods of cheating the search engines}.
Some of these techniques include, but are not limited to:
Metatag & keyword stuffing, invisible text or links, link spamming, and cloaking.
*By the way, Black Hat is Back 2 doesn’t necessarily promote or endorse any of these methods and Howie is adament to ensure that you feel comfortable with using his techniques in your business model.
Each of the above techniques is a form of Black Hat SEO or Spamdexing , and will usually get sneaky webmasters who utilize them to use banned from the search engine or “sandboxed” – which is a fancy word for being delisted from the main search results.
