Improve Your Rankings by Using Niche Directories
When you are ready to start building links to your website, niche directories are very helpful. They provide an easy way to create inbound links to your site and when you have an incoming link from a directory whose niche is similar to yours, they will benefit your page rankings. This is becoming an increasing popular technique being used by webmasters.

Writing And Syndicating Content
Writing articles on topics relevant to your site is a great way to create new content as well as build your search engine ranking and valuable inbound links. Make sure that your articles are well written and informative to ensure that people will want to read and republish them on their own websites. You can send these articles to article directories where they may be picked up for syndication on other sites, e-zines and even in print media. Always add a link to your website to the article – this ensures that any time your article is published on another site, a link to your own is created.
